Vinayaka Chavithi Celebrations
This year we had a wonderful celebrations of Vinayaka Chaviti festival. Our trip started on 9th Sept 2010. We went to Bontapalli Veerabhadra Swamy temple, which is 20 kms from Hyd. After Darshan, we went to Chamundeshwari Temple (http://chamundi.org/) via Narsapur forest road. The route was very pleasant with full of greenery. Due to sufficient rains this year, most of the area was under cultivation. We stopped at few places and took photos as well. Around 8 PM we reached Jogipet.
On Sat'day early morning the pooja started. My dad did the pooja and Lucky and myself was reading slokas. It is first time for Lucky to celebrate this festival in India. In the afternoon, Lucky along with Sreeja and Sravya (his sisters) went to see Vinayaka idols in town with Muralanna.
On Monday we return to Hyd. In my Apartment also there was 5 day celebrations of the festival. We were able to attend the last two days and took part in Ganesh Visarjan (immersion). Lukcy was thrilled and joyful in participating the event.
on 20th Sep 2010, we visited Khairatabad Ganesh, which is nearly 52 feet high. On 22nd sept 2010, it is celebrated as Ganesh Visrjan across city and all major cities of India as well.
Overall this year Ganesh festival ended with lot of good news, happy moments and joyful events.

Lucky's Photo of the week
Y'day, while playing Lucky dressed in such a funny way, I was not able to stop taking photo of it. Which is what you see here. These days he turned so crazy and noughty that we are not able to manage him. From last 10-15 days, he is not going to school and because of that, he is thinking that the school headache is gone. Tomorrow will be his school day after a long holidays. Need to see what he says?

4th Wedding Anniversary trip to Basara
Hi,
For the 4th wedding anniversary, we planned to visit Basara Temple (http://www.basaratemple.org/), the only temple in South India for "Goddess of Learning". As Lucky is turning 4 years, its time for having Akshra puja, we thought of going to Basar and have the Akshrabayas there. The reason for choosing this on 13th is that, its my Marriage day, my Wife's Birthday and this year it is the first Friday of SravanaMasam, auspicious month in Hindu religion.
We stay in Basar for 1 day and then went to my hometown Jogipet 200km from Basar. We spent our weekend and went to Warangal, my in-laws town, which is nearly 200 kms from my home town. On Monday evening we are back to Hyderabad. During this trip, I captured few photos which I just uploaded to Google and can be found @ http://picasaweb.google.com/madire.kishore@4thWeddingAnniversary#
and some videos of boat ride on Godavari river:

Banglore trip details
Bangalore is a beautiful city. I liked the weather and greenery within the City. Though the Bangalore airport and Hyderabad airport started functioning on the same day, Bangalore's one completed much earlier and the connectivity to City is very well established. I liked the traffic discipline the people have their. Even autowala will not accept more than 3 people and they follow the meter. I heart that if we are new the place there are chances of cheating but I had not faced any such event in 2 days.
As I had very little time to go out, I am planning to visit it one more time (or course with family) to spent some time in the Green City.

Lucky is Sick due to Climate Change
Since last 2 days, Lucky is suffering with high fever due to change in Climate. During the last weekend, we visited to my uncle's place, we had outside food, and at the same time we were having bad rains. Not sure for what, but, Lucky caught with high fever (102 degrees) along with cold and cough.
Y'day night, Ambi took him to hospital and after using medicines for two days, now he seems bit okay.
We should be very careful about climate change particularly for kids. We should be careful with Water, outside food.

Dream come True
At last, after 6 months of waiting, now its looks like my dream of getting PMP certification looks possible. Nalanda/Polaris being R.E.P. for PMP, started training batch at Hyderabad. We are nearly 50 people who would undergo this training of 35 hours by meeting every week for 4-8 hours to discuss each knowledge area/process group starting from first week of August. After 11 weeks, there would be 3 mock tests conducted. Then we will be almost ready for taking PMP Certification.
Recommended books offered by Nalanda are:
PMBOK 4th Edition
PMP Exam Prep by Rita Mulcahy, 6th Edition.

On 24th July, after break fast, we went to Patalaganga by ropeway and then we had a pleasant boat ride in River Krishna. After Lunch, we started our return journey. On the way to home, we also visited Umamaheswara temple, very beautiful place which also has the stunning water falls near by. Late in the evening we returned to home.
